This service enables on site Architect engagement with focus on you and your project. You get the chance to describe the scope as we review the site constraints and explore opportunities.

This service offers extremely good value with;

• Prior research: planning constraints / opportunities, utilities and environmental,
• Travel (10kms Brisbane CBD),
• 1 hour on site,
• Follow-up notes from meeting.

Option for Full Services fee proposal to follow within 2 weeks, with On Site Consult service fees discounted.

Discuss your project scope, budget and program with our office to enable % based professional services fee alignment with the required service.

We will identify the additional consultants and authorities involved in the project delivery and provide indicative fees and program allowances in our Professional Services Proposal to enable your total project budget vision.

Contexture’s Professional Services Fees are provided on percentage basis until project achieves Contractor Procurement. An agreed Monthly Retainer applies for Services During Construction. Post Construction Services can be flexibly provided on Hourly Rates or agreed lump sums.

We provide this service to assist review process for your existing engagement with your builder, building designer, or Architect, and to other architectural and building designers workas part of their review and QA process.
